You will work with a core team of three people. You will partner with a Project Manager. A project manager ensures the project stays on track and is finished on time and on budget. You will design and create with an Instructional Designer. Our Instructional Designers work to capture your vision, goals, and outcomes, write the story and context, and make it instructionally sound so your content can come to life. You will see the story and content come to life from a Developer. Our elearning developers specialize in transforming written content into engaging and effective online experiences. We also have dedicated professionals who support that core team, such as Creative Directors, Audio Talent, QA Testers, Developers, and Graphic Designers.
