In partnership with StoneArch Creative, we designed and developed a course to help Medtronic Medical Sales Representatives to communicate with Doctors to understand how to use a Dicom image viewer to assess whether or not the candidate would qualify for a particular medical device.
The Challenge
All Field Representatives within the organization (US and European) needed to know the Dicom image viewer software that their medical professionals were using to determine whether or not their patients would be good candidates for the new medical device that was available.
They needed to have the ability for their field representatives around the world to be able to view this training on their ipads.
