  • What am I personally doing that a system, process, or tool could handle?

Create a 3-column list:

  1. Manual & Custom – Tasks you repeat for every client

  2. Automatable or Delegatable – Tasks that could be offloaded

  3. Scalable Assets – Frameworks, templates, recordings, systems

The goal is to move as many items as possible out of column 1—and into 2 or 3.

Step 3: Package Your Expertise Into a Repeatable Authority Framework

Here’s the secret to stepping out of day-to-day delivery:

Your brilliance needs to be packaged.

Instead of delivering your knowledge on demand, start with building your signature authority framework—your repeatable process for how you create results.

Build your authority framework using these three elements:

  • Phases: Define 3–5 clear phases every client goes through. Keep refining them into you get 3 distinct phases. 

  • Milestones: Identify outcomes in each phase.

  • Assets: Create tools, templates, or training to support each phase.

From onboarding to delivery to follow-up, automation is your ally.
